One of my potential (now booked) brides recently asked me for references. I gave her a list of people who's weddings I have done in the past 2-3 months. She only chose one and this was the letter that came back...well, I posted it, because, like everyone, I too like compliments...he-he!
The Letter:
Hi Liesl
Congratulations on your forthcoming wedding! Adene did a great job of the photography for our wedding. We got married in April at the Grande Roche hotel in Paarl. Adene was the only photographer we found who offered the flexibilty we were looking for in terms of package offered.
We met with Adene a couple of days before the wedding to discuss our requirements but basically allowed her to guide us on what would work best.
On the day Adene was very prompt and subtle but involved, a nice balance we thought. She was friendly and worked with us to get the right shots.
Adene advised that it would take a week to deliver our photos to us and we made arrangements for a friend's family member to collect them as we were due to return to the UK before they would be ready, however, Adene pulled out the stops by working through the night and surprised us by delivering the prints and the Cd beautifully gift-wrapped to our hotel the following day. This was beyond the call of duty and we were grateful for the extra effort that Adene put in to deliver the photos to us before the end of the holiday.
